Save the date — Tampa Bay's tech community is coming together for one unforgettable night of celebration, connection, and recognition. Now in its 23rd year, the Tampa Bay Tech Awards Show has long been the night when our region stops to honor the leaders, innovators, and changemakers who are shaping Tampa Bay into a nationally recognized hub for technology and talent. This year, we're taking it to the next level — bigger energy, better surprises, and a venue as iconic as the community it celebrates, with 450 of Tampa Bay's top tech professionals expected to fill the room.

An Evening in Three Acts

🥂 Arrival & Networking

Doors open at 6 PM with an open bar and passed hors d'oeuvres, giving you the chance to reconnect with familiar faces, meet new ones, and soak in the energy of the room before the night gets underway. Plus, there will be plenty of photo opportunities to capture the moment.

🏆 Dinner & The Big Reveal

Take your seat for a three-course dinner as we shine the spotlight on this year's honorees. Winners across every category are revealed live — a true "envelope moment" recognizing the people, companies, and community partners driving our region's tech ecosystem forward.

🎉 The After Party

Once the awards are handed out, the night shifts gears. Music, games, dessert, and even more networking carry the celebration into the late hours — because the best conversations in tech usually happen after the applause dies down.
