Join us for a fun evening connecting with your peers.  Forget top-down mentorship — some of the best career advice comes from the person sitting next to you, one or two steps ahead (or behind) on the same path. This session is all about building a peer network that actually works: how to find the right people, what real peer mentoring looks like day-to-day, and how to turn a room full of strangers into a circle you can call on. Built for emerging tech leaders in their 20s–40s who are ready to grow together.
