Tampa Bay Tech CEO Peer Council - "Well that didn't work"

A refreshingly honest evening of talking through business failures, pivots, and perseverance. Every successful business has a collection of stories that rarely make it to LinkedIn.

This evening creates a space for CEOs to openly share the ideas that missed the mark, the decisions they wish they could take back, the unexpected challenges they encountered, and the lessons that ultimately made them stronger leaders.

The goal is to encourage vulnerability, normalize learning from each other and help fellow leaders avoid making the same mistakes.
